If you charge an electric scooter at a public charging station in Delhi, you have to pay between Rs 4.5 and Rs 8 per kilowatt hour (kWh). Now suppose your bike has a 2.2 kWh battery and its range is 100 kilometers. So, if we look at Rs 4.5 per kWh, the cost of charging the entire battery will be around Rs 9.9. Now, dividing this Rs 9.9 by the range of 100 km, the cost per kilometre will be Rs 0.099 i.e. about 10 paise.
